My stay at the Winchester Hotel Apartments was truly a mixed experience. The rooms were very spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, making it convenient for daily needs. However, the service at the reception and from the ground staff left much to be desired, as they were polite but not effective in addressing issues. The location was decent, with easy access to the metro and proximity to an Indian supermarket open until late. The dining options were just average, with some room for improvement in variety, especially for kids. Overall, the facilities provided added value to the stay, but there were some areas that could be enhanced.

The hotel offers spacious rooms, making it an excellent choice for family vacations. However, some areas like the balcony and rooftop with the noisy air conditioning from the adjacent hotel could use improvement, especially for official visits.
